Php 7 + Opcache + Nginx + W3 total cache

Hey guys,

We've enabled php 7 and opcache module, and using nginx.. but for some reason the opcache xcache option does not appear in w3 total cache. Using Centos 6.7

Any advice?

I can't get in now. I don't understand why. Where are the service plans stored? I'd like to manually edit them and hope that I'll then be able to get back into Plesk.

Backup via FTPS (explicit) fails with Curl error: Login denied

Dear colleagues,

I experienced an issue using an external backup repository on Plesk 12.0.18 machines using ftps. The ftp server uses ftps (explicit) connections.
Plesk 11.5 works fine (and ordinary ftp client like Filezilla as well), Plesk 12 throws the following error when trying to add the server via the web interface:

Curl error: Login denied
Unencrypted connections will work. Plesk 11.5 machines (with the same settings) will work.

Problems with drwebd

Hi all,

on my vserver I use Plesk 12.0.18 with dr. web virus scanner. I have the problem that the drwebd process stop working and I have restart it. I don't know where the problem is. Can you give me a hint?

All versions of PHP work except for 5.4.45 fastCGI error!

I have Plesk 12.5 running on centos 6.7 and have php 5.3.29, 5.3.3, 5.4.45, 5.5.32, and 5.6.18 installed. I have two websites that require PHP and 5.3, 5.5, and 5.6 work on both of them, but on neither one of them does PHP 5.4.45 work and I need that specific version. With PHP 5.4.45 only I get the errors:

(104)Connection reset by peer: mod_fcgid: error reading data from FastCGI server
Premature end of script headers: index.php

Only for PHP 5.4.45, all others work perfectly including both...

All versions of PHP work except for 5.4.45 fastCGI error!

I recently changed my SSL Certs for SHA-2 and while I was generating Certs from my provider they prompted me to Scan for SSL vulnerabilities and 3 warning came up.
  1. Sessions may be vulnerable to BEAST attack
  2. Server does not have session resumption enabled
  3. Server has not enabled HTTP Strict-Transport-Security
So my question is how do we fix these issues, I tried following some guides but Plesk has a...

Cron not execute automatic

I have inserted tasks crons in control panel and this execute all right manually, but when this go to execute automatic, this don't execute. I use Plesk 12 with Ubuntu 14.04.

Hello,

In the past couple of days, I've been receiving emails with the following message:

"Attention,
The update of Parallels Plesk has failed.
You can download Parallels Installer logs at the following link: https://xxxxxx/admin/update/log/id/xxx
Contact your Hosting Provider for support assistance."

I tried to update Plesk by going to:

Cannot Access Admin Panel

Hey everyone,

A few hours ago i worked with a developer on my site and he wanted to access my Plesk admin panel, i sent him the login dates and he tried to login, now we are both no longer able to access it.

Whenever i try to login as admin now, i get redirected to this url: http://example.com:8443/server/create_subscription.php#

Can anyone help me figure out what's causing this?

hello,

sorry for my english!

after the update to odin 12.5 i always be redirect after the login to the page with "website informations" to create a new webspace /server/create_subscription.php but i dont want that. If i cancel that then follow a redirect to login screen and it starts the same.

the server configuration was before the update correct and the webspaces/vhost/domains are still available, whats wrong?

hey,
sorry for my bad english...

after upgrade from plesk 12.0.18 to 12.5.30 on CentOS 7 i can't configurate a domain.
all options (aps, mail, file manager, SSL etc.) are not editable, the forms have empty buttons and the header is not correct. i have screenshots attached.

I am receiving "error 1014: Element 'forwarding' is not expected." As far as I can tell I'm following the spec exactly. Any ideas why this breaks?

Hello fellas, i would like to know if i am the only one that has spam issue on server.

i have customer that receive 250 spam/day

yes, spf, drbls lists enable, dkim, spam assassin , blacklist (2k domains blocked), list of IPs blocked.

I set spam assassin filter 2 per email account and still getting a lot of msg...
yes, spam assassin is runing...

i dont know what to do to block them.

"Move to Spam folder" not working for forwarded messages

I have three mailboxes: ddd@eee forwards to ccc@bbb, ccc@bbb forwards to aaa@bbb.
Everyone has spam filter enabled and option "Move to Spam folder" selected.

This messagge has been correctly recognised as spam but not moved to Spam folder... why this?

Plesk 12.5.30 - update error message

Good Day,

Earlier toady I updated Plesk from 12.5.30 Update #21 to #22. After the update I received a message that stated the update failed however Plesk indicates that I am on Update #22 now.

I looked into the following logs but didn't see anything that stuck out:

/tmp/autoinstaller3.log --> nothing stands out in this log file

/var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log --> several of the following errors

When I try to start in the Plesk control panel, I get this:

Error: Unable to make action: Unable to manage service by nginxmng: ('start', 'nginx'). Error: [2016-02-22 08:58:34] ERR [util_exec] proc_close() failed ['/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/nginx_control' '--start'] with exit code [255]
Can not start proxy server:

Similar error when doing command line.

Need immediate help!

I'm running into that on Plesk 12 on CentOS 7 with selinux enabled. Audit log confirms this is an selinux issue:

Panel Login - How to generate a valid SSL certificate?

Dear Sir or Madame,

after installation i get back an error message when i try to sign in.
How can i generate a valid SSL certificate to prevent this error message? Everytime when i try to generate a SSL certificate i need to provide a domain name but i haven´t finally one for the login page.

How can i solve this?
