Hosted domain connection refused - help...

We have latest Plesk 12 on Centos 7,
I can login to Plesk UI and mail is working,

but cannot access hosted website www.elcop.hr :
Error: Connection refused

Anyone can help?

Hy

After chancing the IP-address of a subscriptions everything is confused.
There where different troubles with the domains inside this subscriptions

a> Some domains checked the modification of the IP and everything worked fine.
b> Some domains did work fine, after saving the "Hosting Settings" of the domain on time.
c> Some domains got the error "Error: Failed to updated ip. Can't set to addon domain ip different from webspace ip" when try to save the "Hosting Settings"

Hello,
Every day, Watchdog send me an email to advise that Plesk is failing and apparently restarts. How can I solve this problem?

The Plesk versión is 12.0.18 with the lastest update.

Plesk fails to add aditional IP

Hello,

I have the latest plesk version 12.5 with centos7, on adding a new IPV4 and IPV6 adresses on Tools&settings -> Ip ... add new -> xx.xx.xx.xx/32 for dedicated IV4 and xx.xx.xx.xx.xx/64 for IPV6
Restarting the server, nginx dosen t start with error: "nginx emerg bind() to 443 failed (99 cannot assign requested address)" the error includes the NEW IP6 wich i checked with the provider support team and is correct.

Disable rules by id for Mod security with Atomic rules

Hello there,

I've mod_security active with the Atomic Ruleset and I need to disable some rules using their ID.
I go to "Web Application Firewall" into the website overview page and i put the rule ID into the field "Switch off security rules" -> "Security rule IDs" but nothing happens. The rules remain active and continue to be used to block the event.

If i try to search in the field below, "Tags", nothing shows up.

Does this interface work for the Atomic ruleset?
If not, why is it...

MySQL not starting after reboot

Hello everybody,

I've noticed strange behavior when rebooting our VPS that are running Plesk 12.5.30 and Ubuntu 14.04.4. Whenever they're rebooting, MySQL's error_log shows a crash. When issueing /etc/init.d/mysql restart directly afterwards, MySQL starts absolutely fine. This affects three different servers, all running the same versions of Plesk and Ubuntu.

I'm posting on this forum because a server setup the very same way but not running Plesk, doesn't show this behavior. I also...

apache server terminates after nginx redirection..

I am using Plesk 12.5 on OVH Debian8 Dedicated.
It comes with inbuilt nginx as reverse proxy. This is something i am experiencing for 1st time!
Its fast and really cool! But i am facing 2 problems :
1. Apache server uses more than 100%(??) CPU. And ultimately shuts down. It can only be restarted after closing nginx process.
2. whether i m using nginx or apache, my images are not served using SSL. And hence https:// websites looks like mixed website and generates warning.

Hello,

I have a virtual machine running CentOS6 with CloudLinux 6.7, and I have Plesk 12.0.18. I have been trying to update to Plesk 12.15 but everytime I get the following error:


"Exception: Failed to solve dependencies:"

Proftpd missing mod_ifsession/DSO support

I'm trying to lock down FTP access but am having trouble due to modules not being installed. I need to use mod_ifsession to add user-based rules, but can't as the build of psa-proftpd (1.3.5a-ubuntu14.04.build1205150826.18) does not have mod_ifsession:

Hi,

Your operating system: Centos 7.1.1503
Your current used Plesk- Product: 12.5.30 MU #23
Your depending installed mail - server software: Postfix

For one of our domains the mail is handled by a seperate exchange server. So I disabled the mail service for that domain and changed the MX records. But they still want to use a smtp@domain.com address for mail relaying? How can this be done with Plesk? With directAdmin this is possible with the above...

I try to install php 5.4 on my plesk serveur with the web interface but it return me an error.

The apg-get failed with the following message:

Domain preview behind NAT

Hi,

We have a plesk 12.5 server running within google compute.
Now the Server runs behind a NAT and the internal network IP is: 10.132.0.*
The external ip is 130.211.52.* and we did set on the network interface the Public IP address as the external address.

But now the domain preview button links to the internal IP address and also nginx is not able to solve the host from external. The link looks like...

Hello i have a fresh Host Edition Installation and it was runing for about a week.
This is my second time i logged in to my server using SSH this week, and i noticed alarming message.

"Last failed login: Sun Jan 31 22:32:35 EST 2016 from xxx.xxx.142.71 on ssh:notty
There were 42278 failed login attempts since the last successful login."

Looks like there are a lot of hits on my server SSH port.

How can i increase the security to prevent hacking or someone trying to abuse my ssh...

i assume that every one who uses plesk and connects email clients get an error "Mail can't verify the identity...." when connecting to plesk imap. Plesk Default ssl is used.

I use plesk 12.5 and i purchased Comodo SSL for the specific domain.

I assign that cert to the domain and have HTTPS connections.

However the Mail still goes to Default Plesk SSL?!.

I was under the impression that if i assign Validated SSL Cert to the Hosting all services should be using that assigned cert if...

For Ubuntu, There is an official upgrade way already:

https://kb.plesk.com/en/127962

So, for those who are using RHEL-distributions? And please in a 'good' way, keeping compatibility for future Plesk updates. So, not converting MariaDB to MySQL.

Without this, I can't install scripts that rely on new functions in 5.6. That's a big miss. And it is way too overdone for me to host a new node for the DB, for only one website.

My Magento 2 project needs to get on hold, forced....

I have a new dedicated server running CentOS7 with Plesk 12.5 with postfix, and i have succesfully set SPF, DKIM, DMARC and DomainKeys as it shows this test from https://www.port25.com/support/authentication-center/email-verification/:
