Restore email

I have one order server and the migiration doesnt work,I dont have access to backend,I have question,I need to restore my email from qmail,I create a mail account,but when I Upload the file email that stored on old server to new server I cant see the email file and inbox. do you have any idea ?

While investigating an issue we learned that Plesk Web Host Edition licences leased from a Plesk partner since February 14 no longer qualify for per-incident support (opening a support ticket), neither is there any way to buy per-incident support. This was possible some months ago, but obviously now support is only available through the partner who rents out the licence. I'm running into that on Plesk 12 on CentOS 7 with selinux enabled. Audit log confirms this is an selinux issue:

operate mysqldump through plesk schedule task

I was fiddling around with mysqldump commands but i cant seem to get those working in Scheduled Tasks. Although i use the plesk internal backups i would like to setup an off-site backup also which copies the db-export to a SFTP location.

I used a Scheduled Task with ROOT permission

Broken server with 100 websites after "yum update" and no more support from odin with my OVH license

Hello guys

Today I decided to install some pending updates on my server and all hell broke loose.

Just did a simple "yum update" on my server, and now all my services are down....as the yum update screen was scrolling down and the only thing that caught my eye was a fatal error that said something like:
kernel fatal error unable to find a suitable template when the kernel update was being installed....but the final package verification ran fine....

all my main server services are not...

Broken server with 100 websites after "yum update" and no more support from odin with my OVH license

Will a RHEL/CentOS "yum update" have a negative impact on an existing Plesk installation?

Plesk 12.5.30 #21 with Let's Encrypt extension

We want to update CentOS 7.2 to the latest libraries by "sudo yum update". The Update will update several libraries. Could Plesk be affected by such an update, e.g. because Plesk may have replaced some default CentOS vendor libraries by own libs?

Hello;

I am trying to setup a default nameserver whereby all added domains uses it..

I want to create 2 NS:

ns1.companydomain.com
ns2.companydomain.com

so any other domain i add uses this instead of creating its own NS1 & NS2.

Guten Tag,

leider erhalten wir in unserer Postfix Mail Queue einen Fehler bei größeren Nachrichten bzw.
bei den im Anhang gepackten Dateien. Interessant ist das die betroffene Nachricht an den Empfänger
zugestellt wird jedoch nicht aus der Mail Queue verschwindet und daraus folgend Stündlich erneut zugestellt wird.
Der betroffene Log Eintrag lautet dann wie folgt : lost connection with 127.0.0.1[127.0.0.1] while sending end of data -- message may be sent more than once

Domain preview behind NAT

Hi,

We have a plesk 12.5 server running within google compute.
Now the Server runs behind a NAT and the internal network IP is: 10.132.0.*
The external ip is 130.211.52.* and we did set on the network interface the Public IP address as the external address.

But now the domain preview button links to the internal IP address and also nginx is not able to solve the host from external. The link looks like...

MySQL not starting after reboot

Hello everybody,

I've noticed strange behavior when rebooting our VPS that are running Plesk 12.5.30 and Ubuntu 14.04.4. Whenever they're rebooting, MySQL's error_log shows a crash. When issueing /etc/init.d/mysql restart directly afterwards, MySQL starts absolutely fine. This affects three different servers, all running the same versions of Plesk and Ubuntu.

I'm posting on this forum because a server setup the very same way but not running Plesk, doesn't show this behavior. I also...

File Sharing: cannot connect a folder on Mac / PC

Hi,

I have a problem with Plesk File Sharing. I am not able to connect it with my Mac
or Windows PC.
I followed the instructions as described in the documentation.

I tried to connect to "https://<my_servername>.net:443/files/shared/" but then a prompt
pops up (mac):

"There was a problem connecting to the server “<my_servername>.net”.
This file server will not allow any additional users to log on. Try to connect
again later."


Then I tried to replace "<my_servername>.net"...

Plesk 12.5.30 - update error message

Good Day,

Earlier toady I updated Plesk from 12.5.30 Update #21 to #22. After the update I received a message that stated the update failed however Plesk indicates that I am on Update #22 now.

I looked into the following logs but didn't see anything that stuck out:

/tmp/autoinstaller3.log --> nothing stands out in this log file

/var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log --> several of the following errors

When I try to start in the Plesk control panel, I get this:

Error: Unable to make action: Unable to manage service by nginxmng: ('start', 'nginx'). Error: [2016-02-22 08:58:34] ERR [util_exec] proc_close() failed ['/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/nginx_control' '--start'] with exit code [255]
Can not start proxy server:

Similar error when doing command line.

Need immediate help!

WordPress Toolkit issues after upgrade to 12.5.30

The "Check Security" procedure displays that all the WordPress instances are not secured (marked with a red exclamation sign) even if they were all secured before. After you click a "not secured" installation, the system displays that actually everything OK and marks that specific installation as "secured" (green checkmark).

However, after another security check, the installations are displayed again as not secured.

More, when you upgrade a plugin by marking the checkbox near it and...

Hello, i have an Problem with Hard Quota Support, it won't work i think.

I installed quota on my Server, then i edited my /etc/fstab,

remounted my hdd

qouta is working correctly, no i set up "Quota Space" in my Plesk Packages:
