If you happen to be still using Courier and Qmail, the SELinux update for CentOS 7 will SMTP and IMAP functionality for Plesk 12.5. Disabling SELinux was the fastest way I could find to fix it. I assume there will be a fix from Odin shortly for it.

Http authentication bypassed by php

I have a Plesk configured to use php fpm and I activated password protection for a folder.
When I try to go to the site's URL it triggers a http authentication (eg mywebsite.com) but when I want to access to a php file directly (eg mywebsite.com/index.php) even if the authentication failed the page is displayed.
For static files the authentication works well.
I looked the conf file generated by plesk and it uses the ProxyPassMatch directive for executing php. The problem seems to...

Can't disable TLS v1.0
Hi,
My PCI compliance scanning software is failing due to the server supporting TLS v1.0 on port 443. The server is running Centos 6.6 Plesk 12.0.
I've updated the ssl.conf file with the line: SSLProtocol all -SSLv2 -SSLv3 -TLSv1 but it doesn't seem to have made a difference. I phoned up the server provider and they weren't sure why that wasn't working and tried to point the finger at Plesk.
Would there be anything else I'd have to change in order to get TLSv1.0 disabled?

HELO domain.tld works most of the time. (also that's our reverse DNS entry)
But we got a specific receiving server that only accepts emails from us if we send HELO mail.domain.tld (so our MX record). even though that resolves to the same IP (I only managed to configure that manually in the postifx/master.cf)

This might be a silly question but since the new graphic updated layout with plesk 12 I can't seem to find the 'unlock & sync' button to synchronize subscriptions for a certain plan.
Does anyone know where this option went or how to reach it? So far I haven't found the option.

Postfix mail stopped working "The requested document was not found on this server."

I had postfix mail working fine. I attempted to install Qmail and uninstall postfix in an attempt to resolve bounce backs from msoft hotmail, outlook etc. (and that's when the fun started)
The initial uninstall/install failed. I then just tried to uninstall postfix, that failed.
I resolved that issue with a [apt-get -f install] and was able to uninstall postfix and courier and reinstall them with no installation errors.

Spam being sent even with sendmail disabled
Hi guys,
We specifically disable sendmail to prevent Wordpress users from being vulnerable to contact form manipulation to send spam. Our customer was reported for sending spam with an email address that doesn't exist in Plesk. A bit confused as to how this is being done if sendmail is disabled and they do not have an email address created based on the one that was mentioned.

Plesk Interface not working after upgrade
I recently upgraded Plesk to 12.5.30. When I access domains (or subscriptions) and select email addresses, it is blank. There is also no way to add email addresses, set autoresponders, etc. It also does not display DNS settings for any domains. The services are working (ie mail). Any ideas as to why this is not displaying correctly?

MySQL not starting after reboot

I've noticed strange behavior when rebooting our VPS that are running Plesk 12.5.30 and Ubuntu 14.04.4. Whenever they're rebooting, MySQL's error_log shows a crash. When issueing /etc/init.d/mysql restart directly afterwards, MySQL starts absolutely fine. This affects three different servers, all running the same versions of Plesk and Ubuntu.

Let´s Encrypt (de-)activation for customers in Plesk
Hello all,
since friday I use the plugin for LE in my PLESK. It works fine for my domain.
After installing, all customer-accounts could select now the LE-Icon and activate
the following:
Include www.your_domain.de as an alternative domain name.
(I change the real domain by your_domain)
Is it possible to activate/deactivate the selectable Icon by customer? E.g. adding it
as feature to an abonnement?

Plesk updates but says it failed
Running Plesk 12.5.30 and every time I install the updates so #23 today for example, it says it failed, but when I refresh the page, the update option has gone and the version on the dashboard says it's running the update it apparently just failed? The failed bar still shows at the top till I dismiss it.
It's done this for every update so far. Any ideas why this is and whether it really is failing or whether the updates were successful?
