PLESK license key is invalid?

Hi good people,
I get an invalid license key message when I log in to my Plesk VPS:
"Error: The license key is invalid. In order to use the control panel, please, obtain and install a new fully featured license key.
Your license key has expired. To continue using your control panel, purchase a non-expiring commercial license."

I have asked KH support twice to do something about it and they tried to upgrade it, but each time after they do my domains become inaccessible and I quickly revert...

Plesk 12.5.30: nginx gives 403 forbidden on images after upgrade from 11.x

I'm running a Wordpress website and recently upgraded my VPS from 11.x to 12.5. Since the upgrade I get 403 forbidden from nginx after uploading images in Wordpress. I had no problem whatsoever with my setup on 11.x.

The weirdest thing is, all additional image sizes generated by Wordpress are displayed correctly, only the original image gives a 403. So screenshot.png will return a 403, but screenshot-150x150.png that is generated as a thumbnail by Wordpress won't. Also, I can't deleted or...

How can I access the php.ini to make the change?

Currently, 2 minutes before each hour, my site is unavailable. This happens hourly.

PHP Version changed by Plesk on subdomain

Hello,

I have following contruct:
primarydomain.de
- PHP 5.4
dev.primarydomain.de
- PHP 5.5

Sometimes, if I change something (not php-related) on primarydomain.de, the php version from this domain is set automatically to the subdomain. THis is not on every change. I don't know which action calls this behavior.

Plesk version 12.5.30 Update #23,

This is for Plesk on Linux, sorry I posted wrong. Maybe someone can move it?

Email piping

Hi all,

We have a few applications which require the setup of email piping. I see that there is no way to do this in the control panel itself, but I have also failed to find a description of how to do this through the command line.

Perhaps somebody would be able to share with me how this can be done? We're running Postfix. Thank you!

Can I remove apparmor after installing MySQL 5.6?

Ubuntu 14.04.5

I upgraded MySQL from 5.5 to 5.6 following the instructions here: https://kb.plesk.com/en/127962

I noticed that as well as installing MySQL 5.6 it also installed apparmor.

I've found the Plesk instructions on how to disable and remove apparmor here: https://kb.plesk.com/en/112903

I've followed everything in Step 1, but I haven't restarted the server yet, I just wanted to make absolutely sure everything would be fine.

Broke server name / IP relationship

I did something really stupid. I was messing around with trying to use Let's Encrypt to secure the server and I think I accidentally had Plesk Panel wipe some relational data from the PSA database.

Server name was secure.myserver.com
A domain on it was myserver.com

To get the Let's Encrypt UI to allow me to select securing the Plesk panel, I needed a new subdomain named the same as the server so I created secure.mydomain.com as a subdomain on mydomain.com.

Dear Sirs,

A few days ago, some messages sent to a mailbox with foward option return emails sended to domain gmail.com only.

The message invoke
"550-5.7.1 does not meet IPv6 sending guidelines regarding PTR records and
550-5.7.1 authentication. Please review 550-5.7.1"

The Sender domain only have IPV4 assigned
I try activate IPV6 on domain and create on DNS zone another PTR record with IPV6.

The problem occurs again.

After restoring, site not works

Hi,

This is first time that I used Plesk's restore function.

Yesterday, I backed up, all webspaces one by one, without problems.
And today I tried to revert one subdomain.

I checked "Sites" and "Database" and restored it successfuly, and after restoring Magento frontpage did not opened. I got few errors with suggestion that I need to run bin/magento setup:upgrade
I did that, but problems are still there.
I tried with setting permissions, but now I have error 500

I'm using Plesk...

Hello,

I do have an issue regarding email function of plesk. I have ordered a vps at ovh.net with plesk 12 license.

I cannot recieve any emails. I created a email forwarder from info@webikus.de to my private email account.

Maybe the DNS-Settings are false?

Problem with PHP "Scheduled Tasks"

I have a PHP script I need to run monthly.

I've set it up in "Scheduled Tasks", and when I test it from inside the configuration page (Run Now button) everything is ok, but when I save it (OK button) and try to run it from the Scheduled Task list (Run Now link), it miserably fails with the following diagnostic:

-: /opt/plesk/php/5.6/bin/php: No such file or directory​

If instead of the PHP 5.6.23 I choose PHP 5.4.16 by OS vendor, then I get:

Hey guys,

my Customer has some Problem with his password. After a few days the password change magically. How could this be?

Are there some log-files which logging the pw-changes?
Is there any option to disable the password change function for my customers?

File modification dates lost after restore

Hi,

when restoring a backup within the backup manager in Plesk 12.0.18 the modification dates of alle restored files were set to the actual date time.

When I look into the tgz archive in /var/lib/psa/dumps/domains/... alle dates are still fine. So is there a problem during unpacking the archive?

The backup was created with Plesk 10.0.18, but this seem not so crucial to me, since restore works otherwise good and the modification dates are still correct in the tgz archive.

Hi,

When I turn on SPF verification in plesk, mailman can't send any mails anymore.
Error that shows up in the log is
