Enable DKIM for plesk 12.x

Hello,

Is there any guide how to enable DKIM for Plesk ?
I dont find any simple guide which only handles how to enable DKIM for Plesk
Does plesk use Postfix ? should I install amavisd or ClamAV to enable DKIM ?

I think Cpanel has oneclick feature, for enabling DKIM.
So this message is Plesk Improvment suggestion at the same time :D

Im using Ubuntu 14.04 with Webadmin Plesk 12

Standard greylisting filter - issues with RFC 2821

Hi,
the standard greylisting filter contains afaik the following blacklist to catch dynamic IPs:
Black domains patterns list:
*[0-9][0-9]-[0-9][0-9]-[0-9][0-9]*
*[0-9][0-9].[0-9][0-9].[0-9][0-9]*
*[0-9][0-9][0-9]-[0-9][0-9][0-9]-[0-9][0-9][0-9]*
*[0-9][0-9][0-9].[0-9][0-9][0-9].[0-9[0-9]][0-9]*
dsl|broadband|hsd
dynamic|static|ppp|dyn-ip|dial-up

If I have observed it correctly, these patterns are matched against the clients HELO/EHLO hostname. However, I think this should not be done...

Finding domain named from ID number using command line

I have a domain that was deleted through plesk but it has left behind confs ... ran a command to show the domain id , and showed up as per below..

My question is ,.. is there a command line i can run that pulls up of the domain name associated with this ID to be 100% sure before i run its delete command.?

I have found a command that pulls ID from domain name..( which didnt work for this domain as its in error...but worked for all others i tried) -- i just need one that does the...

i am using plesk 12.0.18 with centos 7, when i try to login plesk this error appeared

ERROR: PleskDBException: Unable to connect to database: mysql_connect(): Access denied for user 'admin'@'localhost' (using password: YES) (Error code: 1045) (Abstract.php:69)

using this help i was able to access plesk https://talk.plesk.com/threads/i-can-not-access-the-plesk-panel-12-5.336203/

everything is working fine only i unable access mysql database this error at Local MySql Server...

Horde ActiveSync

Hello,
I was trying to enable Hordes ActiveSync Feature for the use with Outlook (Mail, Calendar & Contact Synchronisation) and I followed this instruction: http://www.stiftnet.de/activesync-mit-horde-einsetzen/ and everything seems to work (The Apache Forward (Alias) seems to work, and Outlook detects the domain as Exchange ActiveSync but it isn't syncing any content. In the bottom bar in Outlook I get a "disconnected" although the configuration was successful.

Changing root/MySQL passwords

Using Plesk 12.5.30 on CentOS 6.8
  • Does changing the root password in the Plesk control panel change the MySQL as well?
  • What is the recommended approach to changing both the Plesk control panel root password as well as the local MySQL password?
  • In Tools Settings > Database Servers > localhost, only the “admin” username is present but I find no way to set a new password for the admin account where can this password be set?

Hi,

I'm trying to install Plesk Onyx 17.0.17 on my Ubuntu 16.04 64 bits LTS (HVM) server at Gandi.net. I have 1 core, 512 RAM and 10go disk space to test it.
When i install it via ssh, it says :
1 - Which version - i choose 17.0.17
2 - Which type - i choose Recommended or Full
3 - After this it keep saying not enough disk space, here is the full error :

Launching component and product checkers...
Downloading file PSA_17.0.17/examiners/disk_space_check.sh: 100% was finished....

First install keep saying no enough disk space

Hi everyone,
I'm a super newbie on all this word and I had a problem when trying to install Plesk on my server.
When I tried to install Plesk it had an error because mysql is already installed. So I did what it said below but it now seems to be stuck during the install and says: plesk System start/stop links for /etc/init.d/mysql already exist.

- Error message or request description : ***** problem report *****

Hello I have tired to install Plesk on centos when It's done and completed and says for me to go and
complete the configuration process, browse either of URLs
I get an ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT/took too long to respond
Any reason why I'm getting this?

PHP bulk Change for Domains?

Hi,

we have multiple customers some of them are running on php 5.6 and some Domains are using php 7.

Since php 7.1 is Out now i want to bulk Change every Domain which is using 7 to 7.1. How can i do that? I dont want to go in every Domain setting and change it manually.

Where is the etc folder?

Hi, this might be a pretty stupid question but where is the /etc folder in PLESK? I always thought it is directly below the root but there's no /etc folder.

I tried to connect via SSH but all I get is "
ssh: connect to host xx.xxx.xx.xx port 22: Connection refused"

I already set it to /bin/sh but still not working.

I have 3 problems with Plesk :

1.

If i don't have a file and i go to http://site.com/dl.php he say : File not found.

I have : PHP 5.6.16 with "Application PHP servi(e) par Apache"

wie kann ich einen Exchange Activesync erstellen bei Plesk?

Ich habe immer folgenden Error (1.png) wenn ich im Outlook das konto erstellen will.

Ich weiss auch nicht was ich bei Serverinformationen angeben soll, wo wird das im Plesk definiert?

Wer kann mir da helfen?

Backup Manager - ftp/ftps problem connecting to external server

I'm trying to setup backups via Backup Manager to external server by ftp/ftps and connection doesn't work.
It says: Transport error: unable to list directory: Curl error: Login denied. Server response code: 530
This is on cloud server with 1and1 platform.
I have also VPS with 1and1 and this works properly on same settings.

Could you please suggest where might be he problem?

Opcache keeps restarting itself

Hi,

Problem: Opcache keeps restarting itself every 30 seconds or so.
My configuration:
Plesk 12.5
php 7.0.14
Apache / Fast CGI

Default settings for opcache, except the memory moved to 128 MB.
opcache.memory_consumption=128

There is NO memory wasted I never reach max memory.
When opcache restarts it leaves no trace in "last restart time" or other restarts:
last_restart_time never
oom_restarts 0
hash_restarts 0
manual_restarts 0

My opcache_hit_rate rate is...

Plesk 12.5.3 and Onyx, latest MUs, CentOS 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3, 64-Bit

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
Logrotation configuration files in /usr/local/psa/etc/logrotate.d/ are not being created upon domain creation of add-on domains and subdomains. The log rotation configuration is only created for subscription domains.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Adding a domain or sub-domain domain.tld to an existing subscription.

ACTUAL RESULT...

No log rotation config file for add-on and subdomains created

Hi,

Is it possible to disable Smart static files processing for all domains on a plesk server?

I am having some issues with nginx and want to troubleshoot the problem.

To troubleshoot I need to activate NGINX but that will result in downtime of some websites.

So to minimize the downtime, I want to disable Smart static files processing for all the websites.
