on centos 7 - plesk 12.5 the ftp service stopped working, probably after the latest update/automatic patch happened on the 29th?
Basically the service is listening, when you try to connect it connects then hang at "waiting for welcome message" untill it times out.
In service xinetd status we see the processes, but it just doesn't work
